Job Description

As a WKF Landscape Crew Member , you are a vital part of our field team, combining hands-on landscape expertise with reliable driving and equipment transport. In this role, you will safely operate company vehicles to navigate job sites, haul materials, and handle stock deliveries-all while building and maintaining vibrant, high-quality landscapes with a signature tropical twist.

Skill Set and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• CDL Class A License preferred, Straight Trucks with Equipment Trailers
• Familiarity in Landscaping, Skid Loaders, Commercial Mowers is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and safely lift weights 50 lbs or greater
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must pass background check (due to work with high-profile clientele)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Crew to complete routes efficiently and with the highest quality
• Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Participate actively in team tasks, Planting Trees & Shrubs, Landscape Walls & Patios
• Holiday installations
• Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform additional duties, such as handling Stock, loading and Unloading Trucks, Floral Helper, Plant Care Technician
• Occasional weekend work and overtime (more around floral holidays)

Some of our projects consist of Six Flags Theme Parks, SLU, St Louis Zoo, and some of those unique neighborhood projects.
