Our award-winning B2B team is an important part of that success and consistently ranks among the strongest business sales teams in the organization.We are seeking a motivated, organized, and sales-minded professional to join our B2B team. You will work closely with our Director of Sales to identify opportunities, prepare recommendations, process orders, and support customers throughout the sales process. This is a sales-focused support role, not a traditional administrative position. As your knowledge and experience grow, you will have the opportunity to develop your own customer relationships, generate independent sales, and earn additional income through commission. Wireless or Verizon experience is helpful but not required. Strong sales ability, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are essential.• Research sales opportunities within our existing customer base • Prepare clear recommendations showing customer savings, equipment options, and pricing • Support proposals, customer follow-up, and communication throughout the sales process • Process orders and coordinate activations • Handle routine account questions and maintain accurate records and follow-up • Gradually develop independent sales opportunities• Strong communication and customer service skills • Sales-minded and motivated by results • Proactive, dependable, organized, and committed to follow-through • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable receiving feedback, learning new systems, and working independently or with a team • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM software, and AI tools$20-$25 per hour, or more based on experience Plus commission opportunities as you develop your own sales Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with some flexibilityWireless Zone offers a comprehensive benefits and retirement package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Short-term disability coverage Company-sponsored retirement plan Paid vacation and paid sick time Employee discounts on Verizon equipment and service The opportunity to nominate local organizations for grants through the Wireless Zone Foundation Through the generosity of the Wireless Zone Foundation, our organization donated more than $200,000 to local communities last year.You will join an established, locally owned Verizon Authorized Retailer with a strong customer base and a successful, growing business sales operation.
